Paul M. Basham
- President
After attending the University of Florida College of Architecture in 1983 he began as an apprentice at one of the leading architectural firms in Jacksonville. Paul started Basham Design Group Inc. in 1998 after 16 years of service as Senior Vice President of his previous firm. As one of the lead designers and project managers, he worked on all types of architectural projects ranging from mid-rise condominiums, commercial retail, office, car dealership, amenity areas and sporting facilities. He has accrued a vast knowledge of construction assemblies, cost efficient design and creative talent to produce unique design.

Michael T. Lucas, AIA
- Executive Vice President
Mike graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1983 with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture. Michael joined the firm as a partner in 1999 with over 16 years experience in retail, restaurant and commercial construction. He currently holds licenses in Florida, Kentucky, Georgia, North and South Carolina, West Virginia, Louisiana and Virginia. He is a member in good standing of NCARB and the local, state and national chapters of the American Institute of Architects. With the firm specializing in the development of themed architectural resorts, master planned communities, and entertainment complexes Michael's responsibilities include overseeing construction document production, construction administration, project closeout, as well as client meetings to discuss design parameters vs. building code restrictions.

Carol Dodd
- Vice President
Carol is a certified Florida Landscape Designer with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture. She has worked in this field over 23 years with outstanding experience in landscape design, hardscape design, signage and graphics. She previously worked with one of the leading architectural firms in Jacksonville for 15 years as Director of Landscape Architecture. Certification requires continuing education courses in various landscape and horticulture categories as well as attending conferences nationwide to gather "ideas" as well as an education in every aspect of landscape, hardscape and signage.

Chris Commins, ASGCA/ASLA
- Vice President of Landscape Architecture
Chris graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture in 1978. Chris worked as supervisor of Landscape Architecture and Golf Course Design for McCumber Golf for 18 years. In this position, he was in charge of the design and construction of over 40 golf courses throughout the United States.
